Where it started
Tight deadlines have always pushed us to find faster and better ways to work. For years that meant scripts, keyboard shortcuts and automation built between sessions to get large projects out the door on time, and many of our tools started as a fix for a single delivery.
The team
That changed when Rustam Atyshev joined the team. Rustam and Alexander are two engineers who grew up in the same small Siberian town, both started out in local radio and both built careers in audio post-production. As with Alexander and Matthew, their strengths fit together. Alexander brings years of automating large systems under tight deadlines. Rustam, based in Germany, brings perseverance and an unwavering drive to solve problems and see them through to the end, no matter how many hours or cups of coffee it takes. With one in Europe and one in the US, development hands off across time zones, the same way our post work does.

Together they turn quick fixes into dependable tools, built to solve specific problems our operators face every day and refined with every job they run on. The tools take on the repetitive work, so operators can focus on the parts that need an engineer’s ear.
Our tools work alongside industry-standard platforms like Pro Tools, IBM Aspera and Signiant, so our operators deliver compliant sessions efficiently while client media stays within secure, trusted systems. Client data protection is part of the design from the start: everything we build runs locally, on our own systems and under strict security protocols.
