Privacy
Who we are
Solve Post is an audio post-production company based in the United States. We are responsible for the information collected through solvepost.com. You can reach us about privacy through the contact form.
What we collect and why
Contact form. Your name, email address, optional phone number and message. We use them to answer your inquiry and to discuss or prepare a project with you. Legal basis (EU/UK): steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser signals. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Server logs. Our host records technical data such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested, for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Analytics and advertising. If you allow it, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how the site is used and to measure and target our advertising. These tools use cookies and collect data such as your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view and whether you sent the contact form. Legal basis (EU/UK): your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies and similar storage
- sp-consent (browser storage, no expiry until cleared): remembers your cookie choice. Always used.
- sp-intro-home, sp-intro-labs (session storage, cleared when you close the tab): plays the logo animation once per visit. Always used.
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*; up to 2 years): visit measurement. Only with consent where required.
- Google Ads (_gcl_*; up to 90 days): ad measurement. Only with consent where required.
- Meta (_fbp; up to 90 days): ad measurement and targeting. Only with consent where required.
- LinkedIn (li_*, lidc, bcookie; up to 1 year): ad measurement and targeting. Only with consent where required.
Visitors in Europe see a banner and nothing above marked "with consent" runs until they accept. Everyone can change their choice with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We honor Global Privacy Control signals by turning off advertising cookies.
Who receives your data
We use these service providers: Hostinger (website hosting), Google (business email, Analytics and Ads), Cloudflare (Turnstile), Meta and LinkedIn (advertising, only with consent). We do not sell your information. Messages you send through the form are not shared with advertising partners.
International transfers
We and most of our providers are based in the United States, so your information is processed there. Where EU or UK law applies, transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for your inquiry or project and for our business, tax and legal records. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to each provider’s retention settings. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our host.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. In the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents can opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising with Cookie settings or a Global Privacy Control signal. To make a request, use the contact form. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
